The mission of KANZEN is to develop Nano Emission Technology (NET), the next generation semiconductor. NET has the potential to impact every industry that employs or can employ electronics.

Almost every aspect of our modern world benefits from semiconductor technology. Transistors and integrated circuits are everywhere, usually in the form of microchips made using Complementary Metal Oxide Silicone (C-MOS) technology. But C-MOS is nearing the limits of what it can do. These circuits are currently about as small and dense as they can get without encountering disastrous heat dissipation problems.

Because NET technology allows circuitry size to be dramatically reduced, transistor density can be greatly increased. In fact, the space required for 10,000 transistors with C-MOS technology will permit over 2 million transistors with NET technology.

The potential rewards associated with this new technology are staggering. The entire semiconductor industry will benefit from the advances made possible by NET, not to mention all the devices that currently or potentially could use integrated circuits throughout the world.
